Status of my order
Have you ordered a product from us and are you curious whether there is any news about your order? We will keep you informed by email about the status of your order.
I have not received an order confirmation. What now?
Have you placed an order but not yet received an order confirmation? No problem! It may take a while until you receive this. If you have not received an order confirmation after 24 hours, we would like to ask you to contact us. Always check your SPAM box.

I have not yet received a Track & Trace code, when will I receive my order?
As soon as everything has been packed and handed over to our carrier, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped. This contains a link to the Track & Trace with which you can follow the shipment and get an indication of exactly what time you can expect the delivery person. This email is often sent late at night because that is when we hand everything over to our carrier.
How do I cancel my order?
Are you canceling your order? If the package has not yet left our warehouse, we can cancel the order in most cases. Contact us and we will be happy to help you!
