You can return your product up to 14 days after placing the order. All products you return must meet the return conditions if: no signs of use, all cards and accessories are still present and packaging is intact.

If an item is returned to us during an agreed return/exchange and it is returned to us incomplete/damaged/worn, your return may be refused or the consumer will be charged for the damage. This is called depreciation.
